Whether you have a voucher, a promo code or a code someone gave you as a gift, it goes in the same place at Saily’s checkout. Here’s where to enter it, how to gift an eSIM to someone else, and what doesn’t carry over.
How to redeem a Saily voucher or coupon code
- Choose a destination for your eSIM.
- Choose a plan and go to checkout.
- Next to your selected plan, tap Got a coupon?
- Enter your voucher or coupon code and tap Apply.
- Check the new total, then complete the purchase.
If the code is still valid, Saily applies the discount. If no discount appears, the code isn’t valid for that purchase.

Is there a Saily gift card?
Saily’s help centre says there’s no “gift” button. To give someone data, you buy a plan on your own account and share the eSIM:
- In the Saily app, choose the destination and data plan you want to gift.
- Complete the purchase as usual.
- When the eSIM is ready, find its QR code in the app.
- Send the QR code to the person, for example as a screenshot.
- They scan it on their own phone to install the eSIM.
Before they install, their phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked, they need stable Wi-Fi, and if they use the Saily app it must be version 3.23 or newer.
Each eSIM installs on one device only, and a QR code can’t be reused once it’s installed. If you already installed it, delete it from your phone before passing it on.
Saily phone numbers and phone plans can’t be shared or given to someone else.
The plan stays linked to your account. A refund goes through your account, and you may not get one once the eSIM is installed or activated.
Saily credits and referral codes
- Credits can be used toward a plan, but can’t be moved to another account. To use them for someone else, buy an eSIM with them and share the QR code.
- Credits stay valid for one year.
- A referral code gives a new user $5 off their first purchase, or $10 off their first Ultra plan, and you get Saily credit. Find yours under Credits in the app and tap Share code or Copy. You can’t use your own code.
Travelling as a group?
A shared plan can work better than gifting several eSIMs. You buy one plan and invite up to 4 more people, so 5 can use it. It works in the Saily app only, on plans that haven’t been activated yet, and not on Ultra or Unlimited plans.
One more detail: if you paid partly with credits or a code, any Auto top-up is charged at full price.
