Saily costs less if you know roughly how much data you need: 5 GB for Turkey is $9.99, while Holafly’s 7-day unlimited plan is $27.50. Holafly makes sense if you stream a lot and never want to watch a data counter.
The catch: a fixed plan can run out. Top up in the app, or pick one of Saily’s own unlimited plans, priced by days.
Saily and Holafly take two different approaches. Holafly’s country plans are unlimited data, priced by the number of days. Saily mainly sells a set amount of data, from 1 GB to 20 GB, and also has unlimited plans. So the question is less “which is better” and more “how much data will you really use?”
What a trip costs: Turkey
These are not the same product: Saily’s prices are fixed-data plans, Holafly’s are unlimited. They show what each option costs for the same trip length, using the plan size most travelers pick for it.
| Price for the trip, Turkey | 1 week | 2 weeks | 1 month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saily (5 GB / 10 GB / 20 GB, valid 30 days) Best value | $9.99 | $15.99 | $22.99 |
| Holafly (unlimited, 7 / 15 / 30 days) | $27.50 | $50.50 | $73.90 |
Holafly listed the same prices for Japan and the USA on 24 Oct 2026. Saily’s Japan plans were $10.99, $17.99 and $24.99, and its USA plans $13.99, $22.99 and $36.99. With 15% off, Saily’s 5 GB Turkey plan comes to about $8.49.
If you’d rather compare unlimited with unlimited, Saily sells unlimited plans for Turkey, Japan and the USA too. Their price depends on the number of days, so check it in the app.

Where Saily wins
- Lower cost for normal use. Maps, messaging, bookings and some social media fit a 5 GB or 10 GB plan for most trips.
- Flexible validity. Most Saily plans last 30 days, so a 5 GB plan covers a long weekend or a slow week.
- Hotspot without a daily cap. Saily’s hotspot data comes out of your plan balance, under its fair use policy.
- Security tools in the app, and a way to share a plan with up to 4 people (not unlimited plans).
- 15% off with our link or the code DEAL15. See our Saily coupon code page.
Where Holafly wins
- No data counter. If you stream video or upload a lot, unlimited data takes the worry away.
- Long refund window. Holafly gives you up to 6 months to request a refund, with conditions.
- Monthly global plans. Holafly also sells subscriptions, from $49.90 a month on its homepage, for people who travel all the time.
