For Dubai, Saily’s UAE eSIM gives you 5 GB for $11.99, only $3 more than the 1 GB plan, and it works in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah too.
The catch: plans are data only, so you get no local phone number for calls or texts.
Dubai runs on apps: the metro, ride-hailing, maps between the Marina and Downtown, and desert-safari pick-ups. A UAE eSIM installed before you fly works the moment you land at DXB.
